Change of Mind
As our products are skincare and personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sandytoesfarm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 7 days and we’ll send you the correct product at no extra cost.
